When you register for Strategy To Stratosphere™, we collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and information necessary to process your purchase. We use this information to:

  • Send workshop access information, updates, and reminders

  • Provide workshop materials and attendee resources

  • Communicate about the 2027 Mission Checkpoints

  • Provide customer support related to your purchase

  • Inform you about future VO Pro events, programs, educational resources, and promotional opportunities

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share necessary information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate Strategy To Stratosphere™, including payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, analytics, and event technology. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Transactional and event-related communications necessary to fulfill your purchase may still be sent.

Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Strategy To Stratosphere™ website or registering for the event, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Your registration is for one individual only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to provide access to another person.

Strategy To Stratosphere™ is a live, interactive strategic planning experience. There are no workshop replays. By registering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for attending the scheduled live sessions. If circumstances prevent you from attending, any refund, credit, or transfer will be governed by the Refund Policy below.

The 2027 Mission Checkpoints are also live group sessions. Dates, times, and access information will be communicated to registered attendees in advance. Mission Checkpoints are included with your registration but are not guaranteed to be recorded or available for replay.

All workshop presentations, strategic processes, exercises, Live Action Guides, workbooks, templates, graphics, downloads, and other materials are protected by copyright and are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Materials may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, redistributed, republished, sold, taught, shared, or otherwise distributed without prior written permission.

Recording the workshops or Mission Checkpoints by attendees, including audio, video, screen recording, or other forms of capture, is prohibited.

Strategy To Stratosphere™ provides business education and strategic planning guidance. Participation does not guarantee any specific business, financial, revenue, client, or career outcome. Your results depend on your individual circumstances, decisions, effort, execution, and other factors outside our control.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to workshop schedules, session formats, materials, Mission Checkpoint dates, or other event details when circumstances require. Every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the experience substantially as advertised.

Participants are expected to interact respectfully during live workshops and Mission Checkpoints. We reserve the right to remove or suspend participation for behavior that is abusive, unlawful, disruptive, or materially interferes with the experience of other attendees.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Strategy To Stratosphere™ and its associated materials for violations of these Terms of Use.

Refund Policy

Strategy To Stratosphere™ registrations are generally non-refundable.

Because your registration reserves access to a live event offered on specific dates and times, please confirm that you are available to attend before purchasing. There are no replays or make-up sessions for missed Strategy To Stratosphere™ workshops.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Requests related to circumstances beyond an attendee’s reasonable control may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund, credit, or transfer.

If Strategy To Stratosphere™ is canceled by the organizer and no reasonable replacement dates are offered, registered attendees will receive a refund of the applicable event registration fee.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a live session or materials included with your purchase, please contact our support team. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate access issues promptly.

By purchasing a Strategy To Stratosphere™ ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
